Who this notice covers
This notice explains how EventSettle handles information when you use eventsettle.app, our Telegram bot, and our Mini App. EventSettle operates this interface and its off-chain account records. Contact us through the private-message option at @EventSettleSupport for privacy questions. The blockchain and services you use alongside EventSettle have their own privacy notices.
What we collect
We process Telegram user and chat identifiers, public wallet addresses, encrypted wallet backups, settings, alerts, transaction and position records, country-of-residence answers, accepted Terms and policy versions, sanctions-screening results, and messages you send to support. Our hosting and security systems also process IP addresses, approximate country or region, browser and request information, and security logs. We do not ask for identity documents in the initial EventSettle flow.
What stays on your device
Your PIN, recovery phrase, and plaintext private key are not sent to EventSettle. Wallet decryption and transaction signing happen in the Mini App on your device. We store encrypted wallet material and use server-side security controls to help protect access to it. Never put your PIN or recovery phrase in a support message. Public wallet addresses and confirmed transactions are visible on Solana; we cannot erase or make blockchain records private.
How we use information
We use information to provide your wallet interface, market discovery, alerts, and transaction history; process actions you authorize; reconcile results; check eligibility; protect accounts; prevent abuse; and provide support. Where applicable, we rely on providing the service you request, our legitimate interests in operating and securing it, legal obligations, or consent for optional features. We do not sell your personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
Sanctions checks
We download regularly refreshed official US Treasury OFAC sanctions data and compare public Solana wallet addresses locally against listed Solana addresses. We record a result, time, and dataset reference. Your wallet address is not sent to OFAC for this comparison. This is a basic listed-address check, not identity verification or a review of every past transaction. An unavailable or stale dataset prevents trading until screening can complete.
Who receives data
Telegram processes bot and Mini App interactions. AWS and Vercel host the service; Jupiter and Helius or another Solana RPC provider receive the public addresses, requests, or signed transactions needed for their services. Sentry receives scrubbed error and diagnostic data to help us investigate failures. Providers may process data in other countries under their own terms. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to investigate abuse and protect the service. No card processor or MoonPay integration is enabled at launch.
Storage and retention
We restrict access and use encryption for sensitive stored data and connections. Telegram and the Mini App may use browser storage for sessions and wallet operation. Short-lived tokens and quotes expire. Logs, backups, account, screening, and transaction records are retained for the operational, security, reconciliation, dispute, and legal purposes described here. Retention varies by record; contact support for details. No system can promise absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can stop using EventSettle, change settings, revoke a trading attestation, and withdraw supported wallet assets when available. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your off-chain data, or limits on processing, and complain to your local data-protection authority. We may need to verify that you control the account. Some records must be retained for legal or security reasons, and public-chain records cannot be deleted. Contact support privately; do not post account details in the public channel. We will date updates to this notice here.
