Privacy Notice

Data EventSettle processes
The service processes your Telegram user and chat identifiers, public wallet address, encrypted wallet material, settings, alert rules, trade and withdrawal records, residence and versioned policy and Terms attestations, wallet-screening decisions and reason codes, hashed provider references, and support interactions. The web edge also processes IP address, country and anonymous-network signals, request metadata, and security logs.
Wallet and transaction data
Your PIN, plaintext private key, and recovery phrase are intended to remain on your device and are not sent to EventSettle. Encrypted wallet material is stored so the Mini App can recover the ciphertext. Public addresses and signed blockchain transactions are visible on Solana and cannot be made private or deleted by EventSettle.
Why data is used
Data is used to operate wallets and alerts, enforce eligibility and security controls, submit user-authorized actions, reconcile blockchain outcomes, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, provide support, and monitor reliability. Public access is not managed through an invitation or marketing-email waitlist.
Service providers
Data may be handled by infrastructure and integration providers such as Telegram, AWS, Vercel, Jupiter, Helius or another RPC provider, monitoring vendors, and an approved compliance provider. EventSettle is designed to retain privacy-safe screening decisions rather than raw identity documents, but a provider may process additional information under its own terms and privacy notice when required.
Retention and security
EventSettle limits access and retains records for operational, security, reconciliation, dispute, and legal needs. Short-lived capabilities and recovery envelopes expire automatically; backups and logs follow configured retention schedules. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can stop using the service, update or revoke an eligibility attestation, withdraw supported funds when available, and request information about off-chain account data through support. Some financial, security, screening-decision, legal, and public-chain records must be retained or cannot be erased.
