What EventSettle does
EventSettle is an independent Telegram bot and Mini App for viewing prediction markets and preparing transactions through the Jupiter Prediction Market API on Solana. We provide the software interface; we do not operate the underlying markets, decide their outcomes, or guarantee payouts. EventSettle is not affiliated with or endorsed by Telegram, Jupiter, or Polymarket. Nothing here is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18 and old enough to use these services under local law. Trading is available only where permitted by applicable law and our providers. Browsing the bot does not mean you can trade. Give your real country of residence and confirm that you neither reside in nor use the service from a restricted region. These include Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, and Quebec in Canada, and Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk in Ukraine. Do not use a VPN, proxy, or false information to get around restrictions. Restricted countries and regions cannot open new positions; some may also be unable to close or claim positions through a provider. Eligibility is checked again when you request or submit a transaction.
Your wallet and approval
You control your wallet. Keep your PIN, recovery phrase, private key, Telegram account, and device secure. We never ask you to send us your PIN or recovery phrase. Every transaction you initiate in EventSettle requires a fresh review and your PIN signature. Check the amount, asset, destination, fees, and market carefully. We cannot reverse a confirmed blockchain transaction or restore funds if you lose your recovery information. A market provider may settle a position or pay a keeper claim without a new action from you.
Know the risks
You can lose everything you put into a prediction market. Prices and liquidity change, quotes expire, orders may fill partially or fail, and markets can be cancelled or disputed. Network outages, software bugs, compromised devices, smart contracts, stablecoins, and service providers can cause delays or losses. USDC and JupUSD are different assets; prediction-market payouts may arrive as JupUSD. Read each market's resolution rules and the review screen before signing.
Fees and outside services
EventSettle charges no platform trading fee at initial launch. Venue, protocol, Solana network, account-creation, and swap costs can still apply and are shown when available in your review. Future EventSettle fees will be disclosed before a transaction and will not be silently applied to an already accepted quote. Telegram, Jupiter, market venues, RPC providers, and other services have their own terms and availability. Card purchases and MoonPay are not enabled at launch.
Fair use and availability
Do not break the law, manipulate markets, evade sanctions or location checks, attack the service, impersonate someone, or abuse other users. We may restrict access, change features, or pause the service for security, legal, or operational reasons. Direct withdrawals of supported wallet assets are separate from trading eligibility and remain available when the network and wallet allow them. This does not guarantee that funds locked in an underlying market can be withdrawn before that market releases them.
Responsibility and changes
We provide the service as available and cannot promise uninterrupted service, accurate third-party data, or a particular result. To the extent the law permits, we are not responsible for losses caused by your instructions, lost credentials, market outcomes, or failures outside our control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that the law does not allow us to exclude. We will date changes here; material trading terms require fresh acceptance in the app. If you disagree, stop initiating new transactions and contact support about your account.
