Terms of Use

Access and trading eligibility
The EventSettle bot is publicly accessible, but access to the bot or market browsing does not guarantee access to trading. Each trade action may be unavailable based on residence, current location and trusted network signals, applicable law and policy, accepted policy and Terms versions, provider restrictions or health, and a fresh wallet-screening result. EventSettle or a provider may require additional information when applicable. Do not use a VPN or provide inaccurate information to bypass a restriction.
Self-custody and authorization
You are responsible for your wallet, PIN, recovery phrase, device, and transaction review. EventSettle cannot reset your PIN without a correct recovery flow and cannot recover a lost recovery phrase. Nothing trades automatically: every supported financial action requires your review and signature.
Trading and settlement risk
Prediction markets and digital assets are risky. Quotes expire, prices move, orders may fill partially or not at all, markets may be cancelled, and you can lose the full amount committed. Blockchain transactions can be irreversible. EventSettle does not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.
Fees and third-party services
The review screen shows the available quote-specific fee information before signing. Venue, protocol, network, and account costs can vary. EventSettle adds no prediction-market platform fee at launch. EventSettle depends on third parties including Telegram, Solana, Jupiter, RPC providers, cloud providers, compliance providers, and market operators; their availability and terms also apply.
Acceptable use
Do not manipulate markets, evade sanctions or geographic controls, abuse the service, interfere with security controls, automate unauthorized access, or use EventSettle unlawfully. Access may be paused or revoked to protect users, providers, or the service.
Changes and availability
The service may change, pause, or end without notice. Market availability, supported assets, limits, and eligibility rules can change. Withdrawals will remain independently accessible whenever technically and legally possible so eligible users can recover supported funds.
